The temperature of the ice cream is extremely important for achieving maximum quality. The cups can be stored at approximately -10 to -24 degrees Celsius. They are ready for use in the dispenser when they reach -16 degrees Celsius. The temperature of the ice cream is important to perceive the optimal quality. The shelve life is 2 years at > -18°C.
